So, after a couple months of telling myself that I was going to start working out again, I finally have committed to it. Last night I signed up for classes at the YMCA 5 days a week! I am taking 2 classes I took before; Cardio Challenge & Weight Training. Cardio challenge is Tues & Thurs. 1 hour of intense cardio followed by 1/2 hour toning. I am rejoining my Saturday morning weight training class, which I am excited about, because I love that class. My last class is new to me; 1 hour floor aerobics on Mon & Wed.
I will drop 20 pounds this year. 2 years ago I dropped 28 pounds, then in all the mess with building my house and moving, I let myself go and gained 10 pounds back. I know I can do this. I just have to work for it. And, I will.

Ok, so I am new to the world of blogging. I have a few friends that have been doing it, and I "hear" them commenting about each other's daily blogs, so I figured I'd join in. It couldn't hurt, right? Just a way to vent out my daily frustrations, or just say something that's on my mind. So, here I am.
